From IT fog to clear skies.
Clear skies: that moment when the clouds part and the sun breaks through. That's precisely what we do, in eight steps — and like the sky, an IT system is never “finished”: the method is built to last and to evolve.
Before touching anything.
Audit
We look at everything, write everything down, and judge (almost) nothing.
Strategy
Where we're going, why, and above all what we stop doing.
Plan
The precise plan, dated and owned. Signed off by both sides.
Where the real work happens.
Migration
The data moves, and nobody notices.
Security
The right access for the right people. Full stop.
Adoption
Your teams actually use it. Even the finance team.
Because a living system is never “finished”.
Managed services
We keep watch. You get some sleep.
Automation
Whatever can run on its own, runs on its own.
How healthy is your Google Workspace?
Take the test: 8 questions, 2 minutes, nothing is sent.
AI, yes. The hype, no.
Everyone wants to sell you AI. Few people tell you it only spits back, better worded, whatever it finds in your files. If your Drive is an attic, Gemini becomes its tour guide.
An AI is only as good as the data you feed it.In other words: shit in, shit out.
Tidy the data
Duplicates, “budget_v3_FINAL.xlsx”, orphaned folders from long-dead projects: we sort it out before opening the floodgates. An AI fed on a mess serves up a mess, just better written.
Close the doors
Gemini sees everything your teams can see. Public links, shares with former contractors, folders open to the whole company: we lock up before it starts reading all of that out loud.
Set the ground rules
Who uses it, for what, with which data. Short rules people actually read, not a forty-page charter.
Train the teams
Hands-on workshops, on your real documents, with trainers we know and picked one by one.
- No disruptive synergies.
- No nine-box maturity matrix.
- No three-hour sticky-note workshop.(the sticky notes didn't sign up for this either)
- No “quick wins” delivered in six months.
- No holistic roadmap aligned with all stakeholders.
- No steering committee for the steering committee.(yes, it exists. We've sat through it.)
Oh, and one more thing: a consultant borrows your watch to tell you the time, then keeps the watch.
Round here, we just fix the clock.
What people ask us (a lot).
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of the job, and we won't pretend otherwise. What doesn't depend on anything: a clear, detailed quote, after a free 30-minute first conversation. No “miscellaneous” line quietly swelling in the corner.
What size of company do you work with?
From twelve-person startups to groups with tens of thousands of users. The problems are the same; only the scale changes.
We're on Microsoft 365. Can you move us to Google Workspace?
Yes, it's a classic: email, calendars, contacts, files, and the habits that come with them. The data moves, and nobody notices.
How long does an audit take?
As long as it takes to look at everything, and no longer. It depends on the number of users and how much mess has piled up; the exact duration is written in the quote, before you sign anything.
Are you a Google partner?
No. Which means: no licences to resell you, no sales targets to hit. We advise you on what you need, even when that's less.
And once the job's done, you vanish?
Only if you want us to. Otherwise we stay: managed services, monitoring, automation. We keep watch. You get some sleep.
Where we say what we think.
Straight-talking posts on Google Workspace, IT in small and mid-sized companies, and the bad habits we come across far too often.
